Regina police have charged a chiropractor with two charges of sexual assault after two women came forward.

In a release, Regina Police say the women came to them with allegations earlier this month saying inappropriate and unwanted actions were taken during the course of treatment and that the alleged actions by 45-year-old Dr, Ruben Manz could not be categorized as a necessary part of the treatment.

One of the offences allegedly occurred between January 2012 and June 2016 with the second victim saying her complaints stem from a time period of April to August of 2019.

Manz will appear in court August 10.
