Highways still in rough shape as snowfall eases in southeast Saskatchewan

The snow has stopped, but many highways in southeastern Saskatchewan remain in rough shape Wednesday morning.

As of 8:30 a.m. the Highway Hotline is still reporting that the Trans-Canada is closed from Qu’Appelle to Sintaluta, with travel not recommended from there to Whitewood.

Environment Canada has dropped all Snowfall Warnings and Blowing Snow Advisories, with sunshine and plus side temperatures expected for the weekend for Regina and Moose Jaw.

Current updates throughout Wednesday can be found here.
