A Regina man is facing charges in relation to a break and enter Saturday morning.

At approximately 6:50 am, police were dispatched to a building on the 1700 block of Oxford Street for a report of a break and enter. They arrested a man matching the description of the suspect a short distance away without incident.

49-year-old Trevor Meyers has been charged with break enter and commit, possession of a scheduled substance, failure to comply with a probation order, and false information.

Meyers is set to his first court appearance on Monday.
