Three charged in connection to Regina’s fifth murder

The Regina Police Service has arrested three individuals after an investigation into the death of 18-year-old Damione Dustyhorn on Wednesday night.

Police have handed a second-degree murder charge to 29-year-old Cody Desnomie of Regina. He also faces a charge of aggravated assault.

Also charged in this case is 20-year-old Tristan McNabb of Regina for assault with a weapon, and 18-year-old George Gordon of Regina with use of imitation firearm during commission of an offence and assault with a weapon.

RPS first learned about the altercation on Wednesday night when they were sent at 8:30 p.m. to the 1500 block of Cameron Street for a report of an injured man. Paramedics were also dispatched to the scene where they determined that the injured man, Damione Dustyhorn, was deceased.

All three individuals appeared in provincial court on Friday morning.
