City of Regina extends closure of community and recreation centres to April 26

Regina city officials have chosen to extend its closure of community and recreation facilities to the public until April 26.

According to a release from the city on Friday, the move is in support of the recently extended public health order by the provincial government to further limit the spread of COVID-19 in the Queen City.

Outdoor recreation facilities like tennis courts, pickleball courts and golf courses that are operated by the city are being opened.

The city says updates on COVID-19 impacts to city programming and services can be found at the city’s COVID-19 webpage.
