Regina vaccination clinic opening to those 53 and 54; those 55 and over can go online Friday to get shot

The age limit for COVID-19 vaccines continues to get lowered.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is announcing that as of Friday morning at 8 a.m those 55 and older can book their appointment online or by phoning 1-833-SASKVAX.

In addition, the Regina COVID-19 vaccine drive-thru will begin administering Pfizer/Biontech vaccines starting Friday. The drive-thru will begin vaccinating residents ages 53 and 54 years old only, with possible changes to age ranges as demand allows in the coming days.

This clinic will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, open 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily at Evraz Place on the Regina Exhibition grounds.
