Regina schools report COVID-19 cases on Friday

Martin Collegiate

Regina Public Schools has been informed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority of a COVID-19 case diagnosed in an individual from Martin Collegiate.

Public health has contacted close contacts and the school is sending families letters of the positive case.

Public high schools have moved to online learning after they closed on Wednesday for Grade 9 to 12 students.

Ruth M. Buck and The Crescents

One positive COVID-19 case has been diagnosed in both The Crescents School and Ruth M. Buck School.

Regina Public says the SHA has contacted close contacts related to these cases.

Elementary schools in the Regina Public school division will be closed for students beginning Mar. 29. Online learning will take place leading up to the spring break.

Thomson Community School

One case was found at Thomson Community School. Close contacts have been notified.

Winston Knoll Collegiate

One case was found at Winston Knoll Collegiate. There were no close contacts.
