Regina Police looking for suspect after car stolen at gun point Tuesday morning

Regina Police are looking for a suspect after a person’s car was taken from them at gun point early Tuesday morning.

Around 3:45 a.m. officers were called to the 4000 block of 3rd Avenue in the north central area.

The victim said they were threatened with a firearm before their vehicle was taken.

The suspect was described as an Indigenous man wearing a black parka, black toque, black mask and blue jeans, and was holding a sawed off shotgun.

Anyone with more information is asked to call Regina Police or Crime Stoppers.

Officers say the vehicle was located a short time after they began to investigate.

The victim did not sustain any injuries.
