Three arrested in robbery of food delivery driver in Regina

Two adults and a girl are facing charges after robbing a food delivery driver on Tuesday morning in Regina.

The Regina Police Service learned of a robbery at 10:00 a.m. on the 1200 block of Cameron Street where a food delivery worker was approached by a man who demanded keys to his car. The victim told police he had seen what appeared to be a handgun in the suspect’s hand. He was not harmed by the suspect.

Police were dispatched to Rae Street and 6th Avenue in order to try and locate the vehicle, however their efforts proved unsuccessful.

Officers in plain clothes later spotted the vehicle on the 4800 block of Gordon Road. A man, woman and female youth exited the vehicle and were taken into custody. Police did not recover a gun during their search.

44-year-old Douglas Morrison faces three charges including robbery, possession of stolen property under $5,000 and operation of a conveyance while prohibited.

18-year-old Cyara Nighttraveller and the girl have both been charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000.
