COVID-19 case found at St. Pius X School

A case of COVID-19 has been found at St. Pius X School.

The Regina Catholic School Division announced the case Tuesday afternoon, saying all students and parents of the impacted classroom that have been deemed close contacts have been notified.

The impacted classroom has been closed until Feb. 5, but the school division maintains the risk of transmission for all staff and students remains low.

Remote learning for students in the impacted class begins Wednesday.

Any further close contacts will be contacted by the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
