Regina Police looking for suspects in theft-from-vehicle incident

Regina Police are asking for the public’s assistance in solving a Theft-From-Auto case in which expensive hairstyling equipment was taken.

On Wednesday, just after 7:00 am, police received a report of theft from a Regina resident who said her locked vehicle had been broken into. A black duffle bag and another black case were stolen from the vehicle.

The vehicle’s rear passenger-side window was broken. The duffle bag contained about $6,000 worth of hairstyling items, approximately 20 items in total. It’s believed the theft had occurred sometime between midnight and 6:00 am on Wednesday, when the vehicle was parked on the street in the area of 13th and Broad Street.

Police are continuing to investigate but encourage anyone who may have information to contact police at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
