A 42-year-old woman has been handed a ticket by Regina Police for violating the public health orders on COVID-19.
Police say they were sent to a home on January 14th on the 800 block of Elphinstone in north-central Regina after a complaint that a person at a home had a guest or guests inside in spite of her COVID-19 positive diagnosis.
An investigation confirmed the health status of the woman and the validity of the isolation order.
The woman received her ticket on Wednesday.
