Moose Jaw Police issues additional ticket in connection to Saturday’s rally

Another ticket has been issued in relation to the so-called “Freedom Rally” that occurred in Moose Jaw on Saturday,

Moose jaw Police say at least 50 people were at the gathering on the weekend. Four tickets were issued at the event, and now a fifth was issued Tuesday.

Three of the individuals charged face previous charges in connection to other rallies, meaning they are not being given a payment option and will appear in court in Moose Jaw in May. The remaining two offenders have the option to pay a $2,800 fine.

Moose Jaw Police are continuing to investigate, and remind residents to adhere to all Public Health Orders.
