Regina Police issue another $2800 COVID-19 ticket

Regina Police have issued another ticket for disobeying the province’s Public Health Orders on COVID-19.

A woman has been issued a ticket for $2,800 after she was found hosting a large gathering.

Early Saturday morning, at approximately 4:55 am, police received a complaint about a large group of people gathered in a residence on the 200 block of Angus Street. When police arrived, they were able to confirm that there were more people in the residence than ordinarily reside there.

The resident of that address was issued the ticket.
