Recall issued for Harvest Meats Polish sausages

Harvest Meats has issued a recalled a brand of Polish sausages due to a concern that they may have been undercooked making them unsafe to eat.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the recall affects customers in Alberta, B.C., Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.

It covers Harvest Brand Polish sausages in the 675-gram package with a best before date of March 15th.

Customers are advised to throw away or return the product.

No illnesses have been reported as a result of the recall.
