If you are looking at burning off some of that Christmas meal you ate Friday, you might want to get in the car and go to the Mission Ridge Ski Resort near Fort Qu’Appelle.

It is opening day on Saturday and with the weather being nice, the first couple of days could see a lot of people checking things out.

Business manager Anders Svenson says if you are coming out, he asks for one thing which is patience.

“Our capacities are limited in the fact that while we have the same amount of space, our capacity to move people is limited because of the spacing so we ask for some patience if things aren’t moving at the pace they normally are.” Svenson said.
