Regina police have charged 30-year-old Dustin Marin Lyle Morin of Regina involved in a stolen vehicle incident.

Members of the Regina Police Service Stolen Auto Unit located a stolen vehicle parked in a lot at a business on the 1600 block of Park Street. Police were able to identify the driver inside the business.

Officers entered the business and arrested Morin just before 8:30 p.m. Upon a search of the vehicle, police found a can of bear spray.

Morin has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of a weapon, unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon and failure to comply with condition of a release order.

He won’t make his first court appearance until May 11, 2021.
