Moose Jaw Police are investigating the city’s first homicide of 2020 after a 33-year-old man was stabbed on the 0 block of Stadacona Street West.

Officers were called to the scene just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon where they found the victim suffering from a serious stab wound.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of another 33-year-old man around 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning at a residence on the 400 block of Ominica Street East.
