Regina roads were an adventure Tuesday morning due to first snow of season

The drive to work or wherever was white knuckle in some places Tuesday morning as the first snowfall of the season left Regina streets in poor condition.

Regina Police have been dealing with a number of fender-benders across the city, but it looks as if none are serious in nature.

Mayor Michael Fougere says four sanders were put on the road at 4 A.M this morning and that some equipment is being converted so that Reginans can stay safe as they are heading out on Tuesday.

That being said, drivers are also being told to drive according to road conditions and slow down, especially at icy intersections that may not have been visited by a sanding truck yet.
