SK surpasses 2,000 COVID-19 case mark after 18 new cases are diagnosed

 

18 new cases and 13 more recoveries with seven people in hospital.

Those are the latest numbers when it comes to COVID-19 in Saskatchewan.

The 18 new cases puts Saskatchewan as having 2,012 reported cases since numbers started being recorded in March.

The new cases are located in the Far North West (3), Far North East (2), North West (1), North Central (2), Saskatoon (6), Central East (2), Regina (1) and South East (1) zones and brings the active case count to 143.

Seven people are hospitalized with one of those seven getting intensive care in Regina.

1,767 tests were performed across the province on Wednesday bringing the provincial total to 207,230.
