Search of Cornwall Centre finds no explosive device

All is back to normal in downtown Regina.

Just before 4 p.m Wednesday afternoon, the Regina Police communications centre received a call from a man who said he was inside the Cornwall Centre and was in possession of an explosive device,

The area around the building was secured while police working with mall security and management conducted a thorough search which found nothing.

The all-clear was given around 6:40.

At this time. Regina Police are still looking for the person responsible and are asking anyone with information to come forward to them or Crimestoppers.
